BOMBA 

The term Bomba is of African origin, which appears at the beginning of the seventeenth century in Ecuador, specifically in the Chota Valley. This type of music is a form of resistance where they sought to express to the world the voice of the slaves, so in their free time they danced in the presence of the landowners.

Bomba is a dance-musical genre, which includes poetry, their sorrows, joys, longings and hopes.
